ABOUT US
Starlight Industrial Automation & Services Inc. is a minority small business based in Houston Texas. The company was formed in 2008 but and was incorporated in 2015 as Synergy Engineering and Instrumentation Consultants Inc. In 2018, its name was changed to Starlight Industrial Automation & Services Inc. during our operation in Little Rock Arkansas.
Our services include but not limited to Industrial Field Services, Commissioning/Start-Up Supports, Domestic and International Procurements and Logistics, Control Panel Building, Idle-Iron Decommissioning (Inactive Rigs) with the support of our partners, industrial Automation Training on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Human Machine Interface, Induction Motors & Controls, and a host of others that may be needed by our clients locally and internationally.

Where We Come from
STARLIGHT INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION & CAREER DEVELOPMENT, was founded by Austin Enekwa.
Before now, in the year 1995 we started in Nigeria, West Africa as a small scale minority industrial Milling family company where Cassava, Corns, beans, wheat, palm carnel, and other agricultural produces are milled. We served both individuals and industries that needed our
In the year 2004, we added a service of industrial services where we rewind electric motors, and also overtake in motor controls installation and services for companies and individual businesses that needed our services.
In the 2007, I migrated to United State of America for career development and expansion of vision.
Upon arrival to the states, with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, I was opportune to work for so many reputable companies like Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Rosharon TX,
US Steel Cooperation Houston TX, Socotherm Gulf of Mexico Channel View TX , Trelleborg Offshore Inc, Boomerang Tubes, and others.
With the same drive to serve the public with my skills and talents, decide establish a Austylglo Enterprises in 2008,and later established Starlight Services in the year 2014 where we served company companies in control panel building.
In 2015, Synergy Engineering & Instrumentation Consultants Inc. We have served private companies and individuals in the area of industrial field services, training individuals and employees of companies on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface (Touch Screen), Variable Frequency Drives, Induction Motors and Controls, and a host of other customized training on control components and equipment.

Little Rock Arkansas as Starlight Industrial Automation & Career Development to serve industries and the communities by empowering the youths through offering a life-changing industrial automation hands-on training; and also serving our local industries in the area of Field Services, System Integration, Preventative Maintenance Programs, Control Panel Building, and Installation, PLC Programming, HMI Programming, Customized Onsite Employee Training, and a hosts of others.
